Accessibility Statement
Last updated: September 25, 2026
MVM is committed to making its public website, account experience and core measurement workflows usable by people with disabilities. Accessibility is treated as a product requirement rather than a separate compliance layer.
Our working standard
Our working target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. We incorporate accessibility into design, implementation and testing across public pages and core account flows. We do not claim that every surface or generated artifact is fully conformant until it has been verified.
What we design for
Our accessibility work includes semantic page structure, meaningful heading order, programmatically associated form labels, keyboard operation, visible focus, understandable validation and error recovery, sufficient contrast, responsive zoom and reflow, and alternatives for meaningful visual information.
We apply these expectations to login and account creation, password recovery, experiment intake, pricing and purchase flows, reports, archived downloads and account administration, not only to marketing pages.
Dynamic service states such as queued, running, retrying, completed and failed are communicated in ways that are useful to assistive technology without creating unnecessary announcement noise.
Images, charts and reports
Meaningful images include useful alternative text, while decorative imagery is hidden from assistive technology. Where charts or visualizations communicate information that is not otherwise available, we aim to provide an equivalent textual or tabular representation.
Generated reports and PDFs present additional accessibility challenges. We will not describe those outputs as fully accessible until their structure and assistive-technology behavior have been verified.
Feedback
If you encounter an accessibility barrier while using MVM, please contact us. Include the page or feature involved and, if comfortable, a brief description of the problem. We will investigate reported barriers and use that feedback to improve the product.
