The product

What is MVM?

MVM is an AI visibility measurement and discovery product. Precision measures a defined set of questions. Adaptive Field Mapping begins with a business problem and uses accumulated evidence to determine what deserves measurement next.

What is a context field?

A context field is the accumulated conversational and user context in which a brand, product, competitor or idea becomes relevant, even when it was not part of the user’s original explicit query.

What is the difference between Precision and Adaptive?

Precision is for known questions and a fixed measurement frame. Adaptive is for discovery problems, where identifying the relevant questions, contexts or territory is part of the work.

Can MVM tell me my #1 AI ranking?

MVM does not treat conversational AI as one stable ranked list. It measures participation across questions, contexts and AI surfaces and reports the territory, recurrence, sources and uncertainty supported by the evidence.

How Adaptive decides

Why not just ask more prompts?

More observations can increase confidence inside the same frame. They do not necessarily tell you whether the frame is complete. Adaptive can use observed evidence to investigate material uncertainty or earned adjacent territory.

Does Adaptive make up new questions?

No. A mention alone is not a reason to branch deeper. Additional investigation is intended to be earned by observed evidence and relevance to the business problem.

What happens if the evidence is unclear?

Adaptive can collect more evidence where material uncertainty remains. It can also preserve ambiguity rather than forcing a confident answer the evidence does not support.

What happens if there is no meaningful signal?

A null is a legitimate result. Adaptive is designed to stop rather than manufacture a commercial field where the evidence does not support one.

Can an experiment run forever?

No. Product and account limits bound experiment size, and Adaptive has stopping behavior: additional investigation must continue to be warranted by evidence.

Pricing

Will Adaptive always be cheaper?

No. If you already know the questions, Precision may be the more economical choice. Adaptive is designed for cases where discovery or unresolved uncertainty warrants additional investigation.

What does “Pay only for what you need” mean?

MVM is designed around measurement sufficiency rather than forcing every customer into the same prompt or response bundle. Precision purchases a defined measurement. Adaptive purchases an evidence-driven investigation. Your selected service and scope determine the price shown before launch, subject to account and system limits.

How much does an experiment cost?

The applicable price is shown before launch based on the service and scope selected. Completed orders preserve the customer price paid in Archived Reports.

Can I get a refund?

No. Measurements are paid in advance and all sales are final. Once MVM accepts a measurement it completes it, and the finished report and exports are archived to your account.

Running an experiment

What happens if I close my browser?

Once work is accepted by MVM, execution does not depend on the browser remaining open. Accepted work is queued, executed and recovered by the service and appears in your account when complete.

What happens if an AI provider is slow or unavailable?

Provider capacity and outages can affect throughput. MVM queues and recovers accepted work, applies bounded retry behavior and does not blindly repeat ambiguous paid calls.

Can I export my reports?

Completed reports and CSV exports remain available from the account archive. Account deletion also offers a ZIP export before deletion is confirmed.

Your account

How do I reset my password?

Choose “Forgot password?” on the login page. We email a six-digit code to the address on your account; it expires in ten minutes and works once. Signed-in users can also change their password from Admin.

How do I delete my account?

From Admin, download your data first if you want a copy, then choose Delete account and type your account email exactly to confirm. You are signed out everywhere immediately. Deleted accounts remain recoverable for a limited period: sign up again with the same email inside that period, confirm the code we send you, and the account is restored intact. After that period the account is removed.

Do you read my account data?

MVM is designed so routine product analytics and operational review use aggregate or de-identified account-level information wherever possible. Precise research content is not intended to be part of ordinary analytics. Narrow access may still be necessary to deliver the service, provide support you request, protect security, recover systems, meet legal obligations or troubleshoot a problem that cannot reasonably be resolved from blinded telemetry.

How long do you keep analytics data?

Operational and product analytics are retained for a limited period measured in days, not years. Archived customer reports follow a separate retention model so you can access completed work until you delete it.

Is MVM accessible?

Accessibility is treated as a product requirement. MVM’s working target is WCAG 2.2 AA across public pages and core account flows. We avoid claiming universal conformance until the relevant surfaces and generated outputs have been verified.
